Take your leadership skills and experiences and put them into practice at camp. Learn techniques and strategies for working with children. Learn counseling skills like program planning, behavior management, and conflict resolution. With members of your CIT team, you'll have opportunities to teach younger campers in the campsites, while continuing to expand your own knowledge and skills about the outdoors and camp. Prerequisite: Must be at least 15 years old by June 23, 2013. Session for Girl Scouts entering 10th through 12th grades.
