Reasons to use a paper registration form:
All requests for Financial Assistance must be requested and signed by parents or guardians in order to be processed. Individuals applying for Financial Assistance must also participate in the Fall Product Sales and Cookie Sales to be eligible for Financial Assistance through the Council. Please be sure to attach a completed and signed 2017 Girl Membership Registration form. Note: Financial Assistance for adults is only available to 01 and 02 Troop Leaders. Troop Leaders should consider paying out of troop funds for the 03 parent helpers who are in need of assistance. The 03 parent helper should only be paid for if they are needed in order to meet the girl/adult ratios on troop outings.
Graduating Ambassadors (high school seniors) purchasing lifetime membership should complete the paper Adult Registration form. Special instructions for these memberships will be mailed to graduating Ambassadors in June. Registration deadline is Sept. 1.
Internet access problems
You are welcome to use a paper registration form if you are having internet access problems. Please note: To register for council programs and trainings, a login to the eBiz online registration system is required.
Paying with cash or check
Use a paper registration form if you'd prefer to pay with cash or check. If you are mailing forms, please avoid sending cash through the mail--pay cash directly at our service centers.

Please return paper registration forms, dues, council fee, and financial assistance application (if applicable) to your troop leader, service unit registrar or directly to the council office:
